Situational Judgement Test (SJT)​

Measurement methods (for selection or development purposes) that present applicants with job-related situations.  At a critical “moment of truth”, the scenario ends and the applicant is asked to indicate the appropriateness of given response alternatives.

Webcam Tests


Present applicants with job-related situations or simulations.  When the scenario ends or when the exercise has been explained, the applicant is asked to react live via webcam.
